Denk aan kabeljauw met garam masala, bloemkool en hazelnoot of aan de Anjouduif met ma\u00efs, bietjes en zwarte olijf. Uiteraard zijn alle gerechten van een wijnadvies voorzien.<\/p>\n<p>Behalve deze tot in de detail uitgewerkte recepten zijn er ook 47 basisrecepten opgenomen.
